Welcome to The Nice Guy Pressure Washing. By accessing our website or booking a service through theniceguypw.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
The Nice Guy Pressure Washing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning, in the Miami-Dade and Broward County areas.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided—whether online, by phone, or in person—are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions and scope. Customers will be notified and must approve any changes in price prior to the start of work.
3. Scheduling and Access
Customers must ensure that the service area is accessible at the scheduled time. This includes:
-Unlocking gates
-Moving vehicles or obstacles
-Securing pets indoors
If we are unable to access the service area, a rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle. Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a late fee.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a $50 fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service and we will make it right.
7. Property Damage
While we take every precaution to protect your property, pressure washing involves high-pressure equipment and cleaning solutions. The Nice Guy Pressure Washing is not responsible for:
-Pre-existing damage (e.g., loose siding, old paint, brittle surfaces)
-Water intrusion from open windows, faulty seals, or cracks
-Damage due to failure to follow our recommendations
We are fully insured for added peace of mind.
8. Liability Waiver
By scheduling a service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of pressure washing and release The Nice Guy Pressure Washing from liability for any unintended consequences arising from standard service procedures, unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse theniceguypw.com or attempt to access secured areas without authorization. We reserve the right to change or remove content at any time without notice.
